Hi,


Firmware cannot detect modem on NGFF slot.

I am using QSDK version WPJ428 board. Tested with Sierra Wireless EM7565 and EM7455. Same problem with last snapshot LEDE/Openwrt firmware. Maybe some GPIO response for power on this socket?


Second problem: LEDE firmware needs to reconfigure switch leds. Can you share leds gpio and qca8075 used pins?

Is your WPJ428 board version 6A01, 6A02, or 6A03?


Could you let us know what firmware version you are using for CompexWRT and OpenWRT?

Hi Winston,


My board version is 6A03. I am not using CompexWRT, I tried firmwares from https://downloads.compex.com.sg/?dir=uploads/QSDK/Kosong-Plus/ipq40xx-spf50-cs1 and from https://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/targets/ipq40xx/generic/openwrt-ipq40xx-compex_wpj428-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin

Looks like LTE module is off, so I want to ask how to turn it on.

I cannot install lspci program(qsdk cannot download packeges), but alternative output is empty.

I cannot try CompexWRT image, because it contains Myloader header and my WPJ428 QSDK SDK have another u-boot. If you can share your uboot part,0:hlos and rootfs, then I can create image supported by this qsdk uboot.

When you purchased the WPJ428, did it come with CompexWRT firmware and which version is it ?


How did you change the loader and which version is your current loader ?


Does your board now already has u-boot running ?

Please run the command "smeminfo" and check the Start address of "0:APPSBL" partition,

e.g.

Hi

I have the same problem with NGFF slot. I've connected a Huawei ME906s LTE radio and it's not being detected.

Same board revision (6A03) and same smeminfo output.

Did you manage to solve this issue?
