We are writing to inform you of an upcoming price adjustment across our product portfolio, effective 1 September 2026.

Over the past several months, we have experienced continuous price increases from our component suppliers and this trend is ongoing. Most recently, several of our key chipset and component providers, including Ball Grid Array (BGA) and Power Amplifier (PA), announced further price adjustments. Combined, these increases have significantly impacted on our overall manufacturing costs.

To ensure we continue delivering the high quality, reliability and support you expect from Compex, we will be implementing a price adjustment across our product lines accordingly.

Please note the following:

• Purchase orders received on or before 31 August 2026 will be honored at current pricing, with the exception of memory pricing, which remains subject to market adjustments.

• Revised pricing will apply to all purchase orders received on or after 1 September 2026.

Your Compex sales representative will contact you directly with updated pricing details if your upcoming orders are affected. Where applicable, revised purchase orders may be required to reflect the new pricing.
