Following our July 2026 announcement, we would like to provide an update on our upcoming product price adjustments.

As highlighted in our previous notice, continued increases in manufacturing costs are being driven by rising costs across multiple critical components, including BGA, Power Amplifiers (PAs), ICs and other upstream materials. These increases are further compounded by ongoing market fluctuations in DDR and Flash memory pricing.

While Compex has absorbed a significant portion of these increases, a pricing adjustment is necessary to maintain our product quality, reliability and service standards.

Please note the following:

• Effective Date: Revised pricing will apply with immediate effect to new purchase orders received on or after 15 September 2026.

• Existing Orders: Purchase orders received on or before 15 September 2026 will be honored at the current pricing. However, memory pricing will remain subject to prevailing market adjustments.

• Product Impact: Adjustments will vary depending on product category and configuration.
