• Passed through at cost: We consider you a true partner and aim to share the impact of current market conditions. As such, the surcharge is applied strictly based on our actual acquisition cost, with no additional markup.
• Temporary measure: This is not a permanent price increase. The surcharge will only remain in effect until global DRAM market conditions and pricing stabilize.
• Subject to adjustment: Given the current volatility in the DRAM spot market, the surcharge will not be fixed. It will reflect our real-time component procurement costs and may be adjusted accordingly as market prices fluctuate.
• Support for large orders: To better accommodate your high-volume needs, our team may suggest alternative memory densities or temperature grades based on current component availability. We will work closely with you to identify the most suitable options and ensure continuity for your projects.
• Advance notification where possible: We will make every effort to provide advance notice of any surcharge adjustments, allowing you to better plan your procurement and pricing.
• Commitment to removal: Once market conditions stabilize, the surcharge will be promptly removed without delay.
